Reimagining Iranian Student Empowerment (RISEUS) is a non-partisan, independent platform focused on one objective: ensuring that talented Iranian students studying in the United States are not forced to abandon their education due to financial shocks.

In partnership with the Institute of International Education (IIE), we provide targeted emergency funding and access to professional networks, intervening at critical moments when a student’s trajectory is at risk.
Our model is simple: Identify high-potential individuals, remove short-term constraints, and connect them to long-term opportunity.
